Mr. Vowels holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Louisville and a Law Degree from the University of Kentucky. He has been in private practice since 1995.
Mr. Vowels also serves as the Meade County Master Commissioner, since 1998 and the Grayson County Master Commissioner since January 2020.
